| 3 pm-6 pm | Check-in and pick up badges and conference materials There are two entrances to the campus center as pointed by the red arrows. The campus atrium is located on the ground floor at the upper left corner on this Google map |
| 6 pm -8 pm | Welcome reception (cocktail, beer, and light/finger food dinner) for registered attendees (wearing badges are required) |

| 08/20/2026: First day of the conference at campus center ballroom A/B and gallery (posters) | ||
| 9 am-12 pm | Plenary talk and panel discussion | |
| 12 pm -1 pm | We’ll start with the first raffle prize drawing, then take a group photo outside the Campus Center along the stairs (See the left picture below), and finish with lunch in the campus center gallery | |

| 1:30 pm-5 pm | Parallel symposiums in ballroom A, Atrium, Central King Building 116, Cullimore lecture hall 1 (room 103) and 2 (room 104). They are all within walking distance (<50 m) | |

| 5 pm-6 pm | Poster session at campus center gallery (outside ballroom A/B) Poster voting will be conducted by placing a sticker on the posters you like the most. The total number of stickers will be counted to determine the first, second, and third place winners for the Best Poster Awards | |
