The conference location is at Ballroom A/B and the atrium, which are both inside one building, the campus center. Some parallel symposiums will be operated in smaller classrooms in this building or other campus buildings to be determined and indicated in the detailed program soon.
- The social mixer on 09/09/2025 will be in the campus atrium.
- The banquet on 09/10/2025 will be in ballroom A/B, with the outside gallery areas to exhibit posters.
- The dinner on 09/11/2025 will be in the campus atrium, with the exhibiting posters to be placed inside the atrium too.

Electricity
Please bring proper electrical device (e.g. laptop) to the conference venue and note the local electrical specifications to ensure compatibility and safe operation.

Transportation
The two major airports, JFK and Newark Airport, are marked by red arrows below, and for an easy commute, Newark Airport is suggested as your terminal airport, as it is just 10 minutes by car to reach the campus. Otherwise, you will take a long taxi for 50-60 minutes from JKK to reach Newark or the NJIT campus. See the three red arrows in the image below that point to NJIT, JFK, and Newark airports, respectively.
1. Out-of-town attendees should fly into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Newark, NJ. The airport is 5 miles away from the hotels and the meeting venue. Public transit (NJ Transit, Amtrak), taxi/ride share are available from the airport. It is possible to navigate to the meeting without a rental car.

Parking
Parking is free at the NJIT Parking Deck at 154 Summit St., Newark, NJ 07103. If the Summit Street deck is full, alternative parking is available at 42 Sylvia Jackson Way, Newark, NJ 07103, which is slightly farther from the venue.
Reservation for lot 7 (see below) is available for up to 10 special VIP guests if this request is made to Dr. Wen Zhang before March 30, 2026. The NJIT parking lot 7 is located at 61 Summit Street, Newark, NJ 07102. After arriving at the game, tell the gatekeeper your name and indicate you are here for the 2026 nanobubble conference, and he will let you in.
