Early registration is available before May 1, 2026, at rate of $400. After that, the registration fee will rise to $500.

Return Policy

If a registration cancellation is required due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions or visa denial, a refund of 80% of the registration fee will be issued. The remaining 20% covers vendor and credit card processing fees.

To be eligible for a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the conference start date. Cancellations received after this period may not be eligible for a refund. A receipt and confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the requester upon processing.
