Conference registration
Per requests from authors related to U.S. visa applications and other considerations, the early-bird registration ($400 per person) deadline has been extended to May 31. However, this discounted rate of $400 is effective till the deadline on August 1st for current IWA members who must display their IWA member ID number during the conference check-in.
The final registration deadline ($500 per person) is August 1st, as we will need sufficient time to manage internal logistics, including food arrangements, table preparation, and space reservations.

Note: You do not need to submit abstracts or present talks or posters before completing the registration. Participation is welcome.
Return Policy
If a registration cancellation is required due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions or visa denial, a refund of 80% of the registration fee will be issued. The remaining 20% covers vendor and credit card processing fees.
To be eligible for a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the conference start date. Cancellations received after this period may not be eligible for a refund. A receipt and confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the requester upon processing.
